- 4 cubed potatoes
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 onion
- 1 can stewed tomatoes or V-8 juice
- Lawry's seasoned salt
- onion salt
- pinch of chili powder
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Cook potatoes, mixed vegetables, onion and stewed tomatoes.

3Add seasonings to taste.

4When vegetables are done, add cheese.

5Served with cornbread, makes a meal.
