  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 4 cubed potatoes
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes or V-8 juice
  • Lawry's seasoned salt
  • onion salt
  • pinch of chili powder
  • 1 c. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef; drain.

    Cook potatoes, mixed vegetables, onion and stewed tomatoes.

    Add seasonings to taste.

    When vegetables are done, add cheese.

    Served with cornbread, makes a meal.
