  • 1 lb. cooked stew beef
  • 1 qt. tomato juice
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, mashed or sauce
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 3 c. diced potatoes
  • 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
  • 1 c. sliced okra
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley (dried)
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook on low heat for 2 hours.

    Add potatoes last 45 minutes. Add macaroni as served.
