- 1 qt. tomato juice
- 2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, mashed or sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 3 c. diced potatoes
- 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
- 1 c. sliced okra
- 1 Tbsp. parsley (dried)
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook on low heat for 2 hours.

2Add potatoes last 45 minutes. Add macaroni as served.
