- 3 medium onions, cut up
- 1 c. carrots, cut up
- 1 can corn
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 lb. stew meat
- 3 small hot peppers, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- salt to own taste
Directions

1Cook meat until tender.

2Add potatoes, onions, carrots and celery.

3Cook until tender.

4Add tomato sauce and cook in large pot.

5Makes about a gallon.

6Cook about 30 minutes all together.
