  • 10 stalks celery
  • 10 carrots
  • 10 onions
  • 2 heads cabbage
  • 1/2 or 1 gal. beans
  • 1/2 bushel ripe tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 doz. ears sweet corn
  • couple cans peas and string beans
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 lb. macaroni or spaghetti

    Fry ground beef, onions

    and butter together and put in last. Cook vegetables

    partly soft.

    Mix together; add salt to taste.

    Cold pack for 2 hours.
