- 2 lb. meat
- 2 cans corn
- 1 can peas
- 1 can butter beans
- 1 can green beans
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 2 cans potatoes
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 small chopped onion
Directions

1Mix all vegetables together.

2Dice up potatoes and tomatoes. Empty juice from all cans of vegetables, except the tomatoes and mixed vegetables.

3Add meat, onion, salt and pepper (to taste). Simmer 35 to 45 minutes.

4May cook longer, if desired.
