Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 c. chicken stock
  • 4 carrots, cut
  • 4 potatoes, cut into squares
  • 1 c. fresh green beans
  • 1 c. cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. squash
  • 1 c. zucchini
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Northern beans
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • desired amount pepper
  • desired amount minced garlic

Directions

    Cook chicken stock, carrots, potatoes, green beans, cauliflower and celery.

    After ingredients are tender add squash, zucchini and beans.

    Cook until tender.
