  • 5 carrots
  • 3 leeks
  • 4 potato
  • 2 liter chicken broth
  • 1 salt
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1 pinch porvencal herbs
  • 20 grams butter
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 2 cup green beans

Directions

    Sweat carrots and leeks with butter and olive oil in a big pot until soft.

    Add salt, black pepper and provental herbs and sweat some more.

    Add chicken stock to about 8cm above vegetables and bring to a simmer.

    Add in the potatoes and green beans into the soup and let them cook through.
