- 5 carrots
- 3 leeks
- 4 potato
- 2 liter chicken broth
- 1 salt
- 1 black pepper
- 1 pinch porvencal herbs
- 20 grams butter
- 40 ml olive oil
- 2 cup green beans
Directions

1Sweat carrots and leeks with butter and olive oil in a big pot until soft.

2Add salt, black pepper and provental herbs and sweat some more.

3Add chicken stock to about 8cm above vegetables and bring to a simmer.

4Add in the potatoes and green beans into the soup and let them cook through.
