- 1 c. butter beans
- 2 c. okra
- 2 gallon tomatoes (measure after peeling)
- 6 carrots
- 4 onions
- 4 sweet peppers
- 4 hot peppers
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar (white)
Directions

1Mix all in large pan and bring to a good boil.

2Put in jars and bring pressure to 5 pounds; turn off heat and cool.

3You may cook each vegetable separately until tender, especially butter beans, carrots, okra and potatoes, then mix together and can.
