  • 1 c. butter beans
  • 2 c. okra
  • 2 gallon tomatoes (measure after peeling)
  • 6 carrots
  • 4 onions
  • 4 sweet peppers
  • 4 hot peppers
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar (white)

Directions

    Mix all in large pan and bring to a good boil.

    Put in jars and bring pressure to 5 pounds; turn off heat and cool.

    You may cook each vegetable separately until tender, especially butter beans, carrots, okra and potatoes, then mix together and can.
