  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. diced potato
  • 1 c. carrots
  • 1 c. corn
  • 1 c. green beans or peas
  • 2 c. tomato juice or stewed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

    Cook ground beef until brown. Drain. Then add all of the ingredients and cook about 1 hour.
