- 3 qt. water
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 8 oz. bag elbow macaroni
- 2 potatoes, chopped
- 2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. bag vegetable gumbo
Directions

1Add all ingredients together, except macaroni.

2Turn to low heat, crumble beef in skillet and brown lightly.

3Add meat to soup.

4Cook about 1 1/2 hours on low heat.

5Stir frequently. Serves 8 to 10.
