- 1 lb. diced chuck steak
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
- 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 pkg. frozen McKenzies gumbo vegetables
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 4 c. water
Directions

1Saute diced chuck steak and garlic (dredged in flour) in oil. Drain and cook in a crock-pot or slow cooker along with V-8 juice for 3 to 4 hours.

2Add vegetables and cook until done.

3Add last 4 or 5 cups of water.
