  • 1 lb. diced chuck steak
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
  • 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
  • 1 pkg. frozen McKenzies gumbo vegetables
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 4 c. water

Directions

    Saute diced chuck steak and garlic (dredged in flour) in oil. Drain and cook in a crock-pot or slow cooker along with V-8 juice for 3 to 4 hours.

    Add vegetables and cook until done.

    Add last 4 or 5 cups of water.
