- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can potato soup
- 2 cans tomato soup
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain fat.

2In large pot, add 2 cans of tomato sauce, vegetables (drained), green beans (drained) and can of potato soup (leftover potatoes or instant potatoes may be used) and ground beef.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Let simmer for 30 minutes.

5Add water as needed.
