  • 1 1/2 lb. chuck, cut in strips
  • 2 medium onions, chopped fine
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 c. carrots, diced
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 c. corn
  • 1 c. butter beans
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 4 c. canned tomatoes
  • 3 c. water

    Brown beef and add onions and bell pepper until limp, but not brown.
