- 3 or 4 diced potatoes
- 1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
- 1 pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
- salt to taste
Directions

1Mix together. Add (raw) ground beef. Rinse V-8 juice can with 1/3 cup water.

2Bring to a boil. Simmer until potatoes are done.
