  • 10 c. water
  • 2 potatoes, chunked
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 2 zucchini, chopped
  • 2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c. green beans, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. dill
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
