- 4 c. cooked spaghetti
- Italian dressing (lo-cal)
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 clove fresh garlic
- 1 Tbsp. oil or diet oleo
- 1/4 c. each assorted fresh raw vegetables such as: onions, mushrooms, peapods, celery, carrots, green or red peppers and zucchini
Directions

1Fry any choice of fresh vegetables in pan with a tablespoon of oil or diet oleo.

2Add garlic to frypan.

3When the vegetables are browned, about 5 minutes, pour over cooked spaghetti.

4Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over and optional Italian dressing; add parsley. Serve hot or cold.
