- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped cucumber
- 3/4 c. chopped carrot
- 3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Chop vegetables fine.

2Drain on paper towels.

3Mix cream cheese, lemon juice and mayonnaise.
