  • 1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup frozen green beans
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup diced zucchini
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil
  • 12 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 2 cups water
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

    In dutch oven or 4 1/2 quart soup pot combine first 10 ingredients bring to a boil, reduce heat.

    Simmer covered 30 minutes, til vegetables are tender.

    Sprinkle servings with parmesan cheese.
