- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 large onion
- 6 medium carrots
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 small cabbage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.

2Put the vegetable oil into a saucepan.

3Add the onions and fry for 2 minutes.

4Add the tomato sauce, peppers and salt.

5Leave it on a medium heat for 5 minutes.

6Add the vegetables and 2 cups of water and let simmer until soft and tender.

7Do not overcook the vegetables.

8Serve with fried rice plantain or cooked rice.
