- 10 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2.8 oz. can Durkee onions
- 8 oz. tortellini
- 16 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mixture)
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

2Use 1/2 can Durkee onions in the mixture.

3Pour in a 2.8 liter baking dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

4Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 of Durkee onions on top for the last 10 minutes of baking.

5Cover while baking.
