- 1 can French style green bean, drained
- 1 can shoe peg corn, drained
- 1 can peas, drained
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 jar diced pimento, drained
- 1 red onion, chopped
- For Dressing
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water

1Combine all salad vegetables, mixing well.

2In a saucepan, over medium heat, bring dressing ingredients to a boil, then pour over the vegetable mixture.
