  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 bunch spring onion finely sliced, reserve a few slices for garnish
  • 1 bunch basil chopped
  • 1 bunch thyme chopped
  • 1 1/2 pounds whole milk yogurt
  • 4 drops lemon juice
  • 1 2/3 pounds baby carrots
  • 1 bunch celery trimmed and cut into sticks
  • 1 red pepper deseeded and sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper deseeded and sliced
  • breadsticks to serve

Directions

    Mix the onion, spring onion, herbs and yogurt and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve with the vegetables and breadsticks.
