- cauliflower
- spring onions
- 1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut vegetables into small pieces.

2Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; pour over vegetables.

3Add cheese, salt and pepper.

4Mix all of the ingredients and cover.
