  • 1 or 2 bunches broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • spring onions
  • 1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut vegetables into small pieces.

    Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; pour over vegetables.

    Add cheese, salt and pepper.

    Mix all of the ingredients and cover.
