  • 1/2 whole English Cucumber, Thinly Sliced (or Up To 3/4 Cucumber, To Taste)
  • 1/2 whole Red Onion, Sliced As Thinly As Possible
  • 1/2 cups Black Olives, Thinly Sliced Or Halved
  • 1/2 cups Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/4 cups Fresh Parsley, Minced

    Spread the hummus over the crust to within 1/2-inch of the edges.
