Vegetarian Corn Chowder

- 3 large potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 4 medium carrots
- 3 can creamed corn
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 5 tbsp parsley
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
Directions

1Dice or chop potatoes and onion, and grate the carrots.

2Put potatoes and onion in a small amount of water and boil for a few minutes, then add carrots (they don't need as long or they will get too soft).

3After the vegetables are cooked enough, add the corn, parsley, and margarine.

4Add salt and pepper (we like a lot of pepper) to taste.

5Add condensed milk to a soupy consistency.

6Could be anywhere between half to the entire can.

7Simmer everything for 15 minutes.
