Vegetarian Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 3 can creamed corn
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 5 tbsp parsley
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper

Directions

    Dice or chop potatoes and onion, and grate the carrots.

    Put potatoes and onion in a small amount of water and boil for a few minutes, then add carrots (they don't need as long or they will get too soft).

    After the vegetables are cooked enough, add the corn, parsley, and margarine.

    Add salt and pepper (we like a lot of pepper) to taste.

    Add condensed milk to a soupy consistency.

    Could be anywhere between half to the entire can.

    Simmer everything for 15 minutes.
