- 1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb. bean sprouts
- 2 c. carrots, sliced
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 1 c. peas
- 1 small can water chestnuts
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 pkg. wonton wrappers
- oil for frying
Directions

1Place 1 tablespoon oil in frying pan on high heat.

2Mix ingredients together and stir-fry for approximately 10 minutes. Drain ingredients in a colander.

3Use a serving spoon to scoop vegetables onto the wonton wrappers.

4Wrap as directed on package. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

5Put on paper towel to drain excess oil.
