Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 lb. bean sprouts
  • 2 c. carrots, sliced
  • 4 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 c. peas
  • 1 small can water chestnuts
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 pkg. wonton wrappers
  • oil for frying

Directions

    Place 1 tablespoon oil in frying pan on high heat.

    Mix ingredients together and stir-fry for approximately 10 minutes. Drain ingredients in a colander.

    Use a serving spoon to scoop vegetables onto the wonton wrappers.

    Wrap as directed on package. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.

    Put on paper towel to drain excess oil.
