  • pinch of dried chili pepper flakes
  • 1.5 t cumin
  • 2 t leaf thyme
  • 2 med sweet potatoes quartered lengthwise and sliced
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 T rum
  • 2 T lime juice
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 4 c cooked black beans

    1. Heat oil and butter. Add chili pepper, cumin, and thyme. Heat 1 min.
