- 2 (8 oz.) cans Italian seasoned tomato paste
- 2 c. water
- 2 eggs
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) container Ricotta or 16 oz. creamed cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 lb. uncooked lasagne noodles
Directions

1Mix tomato paste and water in saucepan.

2Heat, stirring, until well blended.

3Remove from heat.

4Beat eggs in large bowl. Add Ricotta or cottage cheese and spinach.

5Lightly grease bottom of a 13

6x9 x 2-inch baking dish.

7Cover bottom of dish with a little sauce, layer of uncooked noodles, half of spinach/cheese mixture and half of sauce.

8Repeat layers.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

10Cover dish with a lightly greased sheet of aluminum foil. Bake at 350° in a preheated oven for 60 minutes.

11Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
