- 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. salsa
Directions

1Heat the refried beans.

2On a large platter, assemble the ingredients in layers:

3first the chips, then the beans, then the lettuce, tomatoes, onion, half the cheese, the salsa and the rest of the cheese.

4Put in the broiler for 2 minutes and serve.
