  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 c. chopped tomato
  • 1/4 c. grated carrot
  • 1/4 c. chopped zucchini
  • 1/4 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 c. cauliflower
  • 1/4 c. chopped radishes
  • 10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 lb. creamy cole slaw
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

    Lay out 2 tortilla shells, overlapping all but 2 inches.

    Spread 1/4 to 3/8 inch slaw over tortilla shell, leaving 1 inch bare on sides.
