- 1/4 c. chopped tomato
- 1/4 c. grated carrot
- 1/4 c. chopped zucchini
- 1/4 c. chopped broccoli
- 1/4 c. cauliflower
- 1/4 c. chopped radishes
- 10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 lb. creamy cole slaw
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Lay out 2 tortilla shells, overlapping all but 2 inches.

2Have the top shell close to you.

3Spread 1/4 to 3/8 inch slaw over tortilla shell, leaving 1 inch bare on sides.

4Sprinkle each vegetable and cheese over cole slaw.
