- green chiles 2 sm. cans chopped
- 32 ounces beans any kind
- 16 ounces green beans
- 16 ounces whole kernel corn
- 16 ounces chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- chili powder
- pepper
Directions

1Saute chiles in vegetable oil in large pot.

2Meanwhile, boil the rice and or wheat pilaf in an equal amount of water.

3Add all canned ingredients to the chiles, draining liquid from all except the tomatoes.

4Stir and simmer while rice continues to boil.

5When it is ready, add it to the vegetable mixture.

6Stir and add chili powder and pepper.
-
7Simmer a few more minutes, until most of the liquid is gone.

8Great served with warm bread and butter.
