- 2 (8 oz.) cans reduced-fat refrigerator crescent dinner rolls
- 1 (8 oz.) container light sour cream or 8 oz. brick cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 c. seeded tomatoes, chopped
- 1 c. broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. green, red or yellow peppers, chopped
- 1/4 c. green onions, chopped
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°. Spray 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Separate dough into 4 rectangles. Place rectangles crosswise in sprayed pan. Press over bottom and 1-inch up the sides of pan. Seal the perforations. Bake crust for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown. Let cool.
