Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 medium chopped red pepper
  • 1 medium chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (1 oz.) envelope Ranch-style dressing mix

Directions

    Unroll crescent rolls and place in lightly greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, pressing edges to line bottom of pan.

    Bake at 350° for 7 to 8 minutes or until browned.

    Cool. Combine cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch mix and beat until smooth.

    Spread over crust. Combine vegetables and cheese and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Cover and chill 8 hours. Cut into 1 1/4-inch squares. Makes about 7 dozen.
