  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. and 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 c. each: chopped broccoli and cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. green pepper and green onions, chopped fine
  • 1 tomato, seeded and skinned

Directions

    Spread rolls on jelly roll sheet (press seams together with fingers).

    Bake 10 minutes at 400°.

    Combine cheese, mayonnaise and dressing.

    Spread on cooled rolls.

    Combine chopped vegetables; sprinkle over mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Cut up into small squares for serving.
