- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. and 1 c. cottage cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
- 1 c. each: chopped broccoli and cauliflower
- 1/2 c. green pepper and green onions, chopped fine
- 1 tomato, seeded and skinned
Directions

1Spread rolls on jelly roll sheet (press seams together with fingers).

2Bake 10 minutes at 400°.

3Combine cheese, mayonnaise and dressing.

4Spread on cooled rolls.

5Combine chopped vegetables; sprinkle over mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Cut up into small squares for serving.
