  • 2 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 pkg. Ranch or Lite Ranch party mix
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery
  • broccoli, cauliflower, peppers or other vegetables wanted
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Press crescent rolls out into 12 x 18-inch baking sheet to form crust.

    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350°.

    Cool completely.

    Mix cream

    yogurt and Ranch mix and spread onto cooked crust.

    Refrigerate 30 to 45 minutes.

    Slice vegetables thinly and

    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
