Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup lite mayo
  • 1 pkg. ranch dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup each chopped red pepper, shredded carrots, spring onions
  • 1 cup finely chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Flatten crescent rolls in bottom of greased glass casserole dish (8 x 12). Pat dough wet fingers to prevent dough from seperating. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool.

    Mix cream cheese, mayo, ranch dressing, garlic salt and garlic powder. Spread over cooled cresent rolls. Top with chopped veggies and cheese. Press down with Wax paper. Refriderate at least 6 hours or overnight.
