  • 3 (16 oz.) pkg. Green Giant San Francisco Blend frozen vegetables
  • 2 (4 oz.) jars Cheez Whiz
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 c. Eagle Thin brand potato chips

Directions

    Steam vegetables 10 minutes; drain off water.

    Place vegetables in casserole dish and add cheese and mayonnaise to vegetables.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Top with crushed crackers and chips. Melt butter and pour over vegetable casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes or until heated throughout casserole.
