  • 1 pkg. broccoli
  • 1 pkg. string beans or 1 pkg. cauliflower
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 c. Minute rice, uncooked

Directions

    While vegetables are cooking, brown onion in margarine.

    Add together all other ingredients.

    Mix in onion and veggies.

    Put in casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
