- 1 1/2 c. potatoes, cubed
- 1 c. broccoli
- 1 c. cauliflower
- 1 c. carrots, sliced thin
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. Cheddar, shredded
Directions

1Combine vegetables with 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, then simmer 10 minutes. Do not drain.

2Make a white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Add cheese. Stir until melted.

3Add vegetables and water.

4Heat through.
