- 1 pkg. lasagne, cooked
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced and quartered
- 1 lb. frozen or fresh broccoli, steamed al dente
- 1 (26 oz.) can cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix soup with milk.

2Add more milk if it is too thick.

3Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam and put a thin layer of soup mixture in bottom.

4Cover with a layer of noodles.

5Then add a layer of broccoli, celery and onions; add 1 cup cheese, then a thin layer of soup, noodles, veggies, soup, salt, pepper and cheese.

6Top with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

7Bake at 375° for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
