Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 large or more clove garlic, squeezed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. or more to suit taste Dijon mustard

    Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well.

    Allow to stand, covered, in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before serving.

    Makes about 2 1/4 cups.

    Great as a party dip with fresh veggies.
