- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 large or more clove garlic, squeezed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. or more to suit taste Dijon mustard
Directions

1Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well.

2Allow to stand, covered, in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before serving.

3Makes about 2 1/4 cups.
