- 1 green and red pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 zucchini
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 small can water
- 2 to 3 bacon strips
- 1 wiener
- 2 handfuls instant rice
Directions

1Fry bacon strips; drain.

2Put onion, peppers, celery, zucchini and tomatoes in grease and saute until tender.

3Add tomato sauce, water, wiener, crumbled bacon and rice.

4Put lid on and simmer for 20 minutes.
