Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. bottled steak sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 3 c. hot, mashed potatoes (can use instant)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl and mix well.

    Divide meat mixture into 6 equal pieces and place each into a greased 6 ounce glass custard cup.

    Pat meat mixture against bottom and sides of cup.

    Place custard cups on a pan.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Pour off drippings.
