Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. bottled steak sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 3 c. hot, mashed potatoes (can use instant)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl and mix well.

3Divide meat mixture into 6 equal pieces and place each into a greased 6 ounce glass custard cup.

4Pat meat mixture against bottom and sides of cup.

5Place custard cups on a pan.

6Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

7Pour off drippings.
