Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can vegetarian-vegetable soup, undiluted
- 8 saltine crackers, crushed
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Directions

1In large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together, using hands.

2After thoroughly mixed, shape into loaf and press into 4 x 10-inch loaf pan.

3Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, pouring off grease as it surfaces.

4Let cool 5 minutes after removing from pan.
