  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 13 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Directions

    In food processor, process walnuts, garlic, onion, parsley and celery.

    Add breadcrumbs, eggs and oil.

    Roll into balls.

    Place on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake 375F 10-12 minutes til golden.
