- 500 g potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 2 onions, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 1 pearl corn, kerneled
- half egg, lightly beaten
- Japanese-style bread crumbs
- salt and black pepper
- cooking oil
Directions

1Steam carrot and potato under high heat for 8 minutes.

2Leave it cool.

3Mash it with potato masher.

4Set aside.

5Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok.

6Saute onion and garlic under low heat until onion turn soft.

7Remove from wok and add to the mashed potato.

8Combine the mashed potato and carrot with sauteed garlic and onion, beaten egg and corn kernels.

9Sprinkle it with salt and pepper.

10Mixed well.

11Pat 1/6 of the mixture into burger and sprinkle the surface with bread crumbs.

12Repeat and make 5 more patties.

13Heat up a pan with some oil.

14Pan-fry the patties until each side turn golden yellow.
