Veggie Pizza

  • 1 tube crescent rolls
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. real mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
  • Fresh vegetables cut in small pieces (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, green pepper, etc.)

Directions

    Pat crescent dough onto cookie sheet. Bake only until light golden brown.

    Cool. Mix together cream cheese, mayo, and seasoning (works best if it sets several hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.)

    Spread over cooled dough.

    If you cut the pizza into pieces before you add the veggies, it's easier and less messy.)

    Top with veggies.
