- 1 or 2 cans crescent rolls (depends on how thick you like the crust)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green peppers, radishes, cukes and onions
Directions

1Spread the rolls on cookie sheet and bake as directed on package.

2Mix together the mayonnaise and cream cheese.

3Spread on crust.

4Shred (processor work great) the cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green peppers, radishes, cukes (not good in processor) and onions. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Cut and serve.
