- 1 pkg. crescent roll dough
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 c. broccoli, bite sized
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. low-fat Mozzarella
Directions

1Spread dough in pizza pan, bake for 5 minutes according to instructions on package.

2Saute all ingredients in olive oil, except sauce.

3Spread sauce over dough.

4Spread veggies over sauce.

5Cover with grated Mozzarella cheese.

6Bake 10 minutes. Great cold for lunches.
