  • 1 (10 oz.) can Pillsbury All Ready pizza crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle fat-free prepared Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. small broccoli florets
  • 1 c. chopped crookneck or zucchini squash
  • 3/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrot
  • 1/2 c. very thinly sliced green onion
